A cooked breakfast is served in the courtroom or front veranda and is included in the tariff. We offer cereal, fruit, and juice, cooked breakfast including eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomato. Toast and freshly brewed coffee and loose leaf tea are standard. We are happy to vary breakfast to individual tastes.
The new guest kitchen offers flexibility to those wishing to self-cater. We can prepare meals for you to oven bake or just heat up at your convenience, if you prefer total flexibility. A BBQ is also available.
The local pub (Araluen Valley Hotel) offers bistro lunches every day and dinner, seven days a week. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the Courthouse. The local orchard (Wisbeys) has a café open for lunch on weekends throughout the year. It looks out to a view of 30 000 trees. Braidwood also had a range of pubs, cafes and restaurants.
Our dinners are by arrangement for groups of six or more, and we specialise in preparations for people with restricted diets, including children who can be tricky to feed nutritiously. We offer one to three course meals ($30, $40, $50 per person ) and children are half price or less. An after dinner tea or coffee is complementary. BYO (no corkage is charged).
